Synopsis:
Imagine being trapped with no way out, you are being beaten, screaming for help, feeling the pain of your shattered bones, but no one hears you or believes you. This is the true story of Magdalena.
Alfonzo, her husband, is a staple of their tight nit community. He is respected by everyone who believes him to be the best example of a loving father and husband. But behind closed doors, he is a monster who makes his family’s lives a living hell.
Magdalena must break the silence and fight to escape with her children, but will she find the strength within to do so before it is too late?
